Venture Building

We bring the specialists. We stay until your team can run it.

Venture Building puts our people into the roles your company needs before it is ready to hire them: financial management, ESG, marketing and sales, market research. We start six to twelve months before an investment and stay up to four years after, and the work can be bought on its own.

We do the work, and then we hand it over.

Our specialists sit with your team, build the system, run it, and hand it over when your own people can carry it. They are in the building, on your side of the table.

We start 6 to 12 months before an investment. We stay for up to 4 years after it. You can also buy the service on its own, without capital from us. The fee is fixed and agreed before we start.

01

Financial management and accounting

We design the reporting system, build the budget, and keep the books alongside your finance staff until they can carry it on their own. You end up with numbers you can make decisions on, and a team that knows how they were made.

02

ESG management

We set up the governance, write the policies with your managers, and gather the evidence that shows they are followed in practice. It becomes part of how the company runs, and it holds up when someone checks.

03

Marketing and sales

We find the customer segments that pay the best price, open the partnerships that reach them, and train your sales team to keep working the same way after we go.

Better-paying customers, and a team that can find the next ones.
04

Market research

We test what your customers need and what they will pay for it, and we do that before you commit money to new capacity. It is cheaper to find the answer on paper.

You build the capacity that already has a buyer.

The engagement

A fixed fee, agreed before we start.

We scope the work with you, price it once, and put it in writing before anyone starts. That way the time is protected on both sides, and the work gets the same attention as everything else you pay for.

It also keeps us close to the result. You are paying for a change in the business, so that is what we report on: what moved, by how much, and what it cost you to get there.
